MB, AB, SK: Born in 2003 or later (16 and under as of December 31, 2019)

NWT, YK, NU: As above, plus a maximum of two athletes per gender born in 2002 (17 as of December 31, 2019). As above, plus a maximum of two athletes per gender born in 2001 (18 as of December 31, 2019). No territory shall have more than 4 overage athletes and no more than 2 athletes born in 2001 (18 and under as of December 31, 2019),
